Travel Amazed we understand that most people who cancel their booked tour packages/reservations do as per the necessity. The cancellations are costly to administer/company as involve dedicated staff time and communications costs etc. Therefore – Travel Amazed charge on all cancellations made

• Cancellation is Usd 50 Per head Per Tour
• 45 -30 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25% of full tour cost
• 29 -20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost
• 19 -10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 75% of full tour cost
• 08 - Days / No show 100% of full tour cost

Note : We will help to refund your payment as much as possible. But if the situation is beyond our limit then we are helpless.

If you need to cancel your tour package/reservation, please send us a mail regarding the same To receive any refund, if applicable, will be processed between 30 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.
